Position Overview: Assistant Multifamily Superintendent
The Assistant Superintendent will support onsite field operations for large-scale multifamily construction projects throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
This individual will work closely with the Lead Superintendent and Project Team to help drive schedule, quality, safety, subcontractor coordination, and daily project execution from sitework through turnover.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to transition from an entry-level field role into long-term construction leadership within a premier multifamily platform.
Responsibilities
- Assist in daily field operations and onsite coordination
- Help manage subcontractor activities and project sequencing
- Support project scheduling and milestone tracking
- Monitor quality control and jobsite safety compliance
- Coordinate inspections and punch-list activities
- Assist with unit turns, finish-out, and project closeout efforts
- Maintain communication with project management and field leadership
- Help ensure projects remain on schedule and aligned with company standards
Desired Background
- 1–4+ years of construction experience preferred
- Multifamily experience strongly preferred, but not required
- Exposure to wood-frame, podium, wrap, or garden-style projects is beneficial
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn from experienced leaders
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced field environments
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Desire to build a long-term career in multifamily construction
