Requirements / Preferences:
Our client is seeking an Assistant Project Manager who brings a solid foundation in commercial construction project management and the ambition to continue developing into a Project Manager and future construction leader.
- Experience supporting commercial construction projects in a Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, or comparable project management capacity.
- Ground-up commercial construction experience preferred.
- Exposure to large-scale, complex construction projects is a plus.
- Familiarity with subcontractor coordination, RFIs, submittals, procurement, change management, project scheduling, and cost controls.
- Strong organizational skills, communication, accountability, and a proactive approach to project execution.
- Hunger, humility, relentless ambition, and the willingness to invest the additional time required to advance faster than their peers.
