Requirements / Preferences:
Our client is seeking an Assistant Superintendent who brings a strong foundation in commercial construction field operations and the ambition to continue developing into a leadership role.
- Experience supporting field operations on commercial construction projects.
- Exposure to ground-up construction, large-scale developments, or technically complex projects preferred.
- Strong understanding of subcontractor coordination, scheduling, safety, quality, and day-to-day field execution.
- Willingness to learn from experienced leadership while taking ownership of increasing responsibilities.
- Demonstrated work ethic, initiative, accountability, and long-term career ambition.
