The ideal candidate would possess a background as a Contract Administrator, Construction Administrator, Project Coordinator, or another similar role. Our client is seeking a meticulous and highly organized Construction Administrator in Fort Worth to join their team.
This individual will play a key role in supporting construction activities for tenant improvements, retail fit-outs, and mixed-use property enhancements. The Construction Administrator will report directly to the Executive Leadership and work closely with property management, development, design consultants, and external contractors to ensure successful project execution.

This client develops out-of-ground large Mixed-Use Projects, including Luxury Retail, Office, and Luxury Living across Large Acreage Positions.
Position: Construction Administrator in Fort Worth
Overview:
- You will be directly involved in the tenant finish-out processes from lease negotiation through tenant opening and service provisions thereafter.
- Your understanding of retail shopping center development and operating environment is a PLUS but NOT Required
- You gain and utilize knowledge pertaining to the technical details of tenant construction work letters and the process of tenant interior design and construction.
- You will have the opportunity to enjoy the process from start to finish and utilize your strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects.
