The Position: Construction Project Executive In DFW, Texas
- Leads, Mentors, and Directs multiple project teams to success.
- Is comfortable being ultimately responsible for both “Direct” reports and “Indirect” reports.
- “Direct Report” Example: Project Manager and Senior Project Manager
- “Indirect Report” Example: Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers (who report directly to the Project Manager and Senior Project Manager)
- Is a “Doer-Leader” who is okay with rolling up their sleeves and jumping into management of the projects’ nuts & bolts when required.
- Reports to and works directly in tandem with the company’s Executive Vice President
- Understands and Acknowledges importance of P&L (Profit & Loss) and assists the EVP in executing tough decisions when necessary and for the greater good of the organization.
- Will travel to meet with remote project teams at regular intervals.
- Has 8 to 10 Years Experience collective Project / Senior Project Manager/ Project Executive experience overseeing ground-up construction projects and construction project teams.
- Is an excellent communicator who quickly evaluates situations and commits to impactful decisions when necessary.
- Is software proficient, including Project Management software (ex: Procore) and Microsoft Office Suite, and adapts quickly to new software platforms.
