Required:
· Strong organizational and communication skills
· Desire to grow within a Developer-Builder environment
· Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-expectation project settings
· Readiness to support projects from preconstruction through completion
· Motivated, team-oriented, and eager to learn directly from senior leadership
Nice to Have (Not Required):
· Experience within multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality, retail, or luxury commercial projects
· Exposure to ownership/developer-side operations
· Interest in long-term growth into Construction Management leadership
