Location: Greater Amarillo Area / Texas Panhandle
Note: This is a HIGH PRIORITY role

Qualifications / Requirements:
- Prior in-field work experience
- Knowledge of and experience with Multi-family Construction
- Open to full-time work on this initial project in the Texas Panhandle
- Advanced technical knowledge in construction, especially multifamily
- Autonomous Superintendent who does not need to be micro-managed
Essential Functions of a Superintendent:
- Develops a schedule and cost-effective plan for the timely completion of assigned projects.
- Works collaboratively with team members to develop preconstruction estimates and budgets, specifically covering materials and labor costs.
- Coordinates and schedules work activities for tradespeople, professionals, and laborers, while communicating instructions via the project foreperson.
- Regularly inspects work for quality and timeliness, while providing progress reports and recommending modifications as needed.
- The superintendent will ensure the project meets its intent and the Owner’s expectations by coordinating with architects, engineers, inspection agencies, Owner’s representatives, and other stakeholders.”
- Ensures adherence to contract documents, code requirements, and obtains necessary permits.
- Leads Quality Control/Quality Assurance efforts, while overseeing the completion of Daily Reports by subcontractors.
- Conducts weekly subcontractor coordination meetings and ensures accuracy of the 4-week look ahead schedule.
- Performs site logistics planning while handling other assigned duties.
