This company is currently seeking to fill the position of Director of Business Development.
Comprised of construction, development, and real estate experts, they are highly and uniquely qualified to manage clients’ business expansions- locally, regionally, and nationally. The founding members, with a combined 100 years of experience, have each worn several past mantles, such as Investor, Owner/Developer, Client, and Project Manager.
The founders established this company on the premise that a gap exists in general contracting services for projects requiring expertise, attention to schedule, and both quality and value. These were deemed to not be economically viable for contractors with high overhead.
The “Gap” was in dire need of filling – so they created the company they have always wanted to work with.

Director of Business Development – Position Details:
Role: Director of Business Development – Flex Space/Light Industrial
Locations: Dallas, TX
The Director of Business Development must have a proven track record and in-depth experience identifying and building new client relationships and market share opportunities in the light industrial/flex space tenant finish/tenant improvement market in great Dallas/Fort Worth.
This should have adept sales experience in the process engineering and/or construction industry with a detailed understanding of all aspects of the planning, design, and construction phases.
NOTE: Success selling to clients with light industrial tenant finish projects is #1 focus of this role.
