This firm is a full cycle in-house Development, Architecture & Full Design, Construction, and Property Management Firm who focuses solely on Data Center & Mission Critical opportunities for over the past 20 years. They are currently seeking to fill the position of General Superintendent Commercial Ground-Up.
Our client is heavily invested in promotion from within the company. They are clear that this role has the very real opportunity to advance their VERY 1st Vice President of Operations for the Austin & Central TX Region.
About This Role:
- This is a NEW Role and the very 1st and ONLY ‘General Superintendent’ for Texas operations.
- Firm owns the project tip-to-tail from Development through Final Build and tenant management.
- Ground-up Construction – Core & Shell
- NOTE: This is NOT Woodframe Multi-family
- Lead multiple field operations teams.
- Utilize your extensive knowledge and experience in ground-up, core & shell construction in leading and mentoring others.
- Works directly in tandem with the top Executive out of this company’s home location.
- Is the sold ‘Boots on the Ground’ Field Operations Leadership for all of Texas.

This General Superintendent Commercial Ground-Up Role is for:
- Senior Superintendents, General Superintendent, Operations Leaders.
- Ground-up Commercial and Core/Shell Building experienced professionals.
- Someone who understands scheduling and enjoys building/controlling schedule with multi-week look-aheads via scheduling software.
- Professional who is comfortable overseeing several teams, several direct and indirect reports.
- Someone who is interested enjoys the challenge of being “the glue” for the Austin, TX and future Texas Divisions.
- Note this company is going to expand their Texas footprint. They are open to promoting this role into their very 1st Texas Regional Vice President.
