Lead Superintendent – Ground-Up Grocery Store Construction
Texas Locations – Dallas, Ft. Worth, Houston, Central Texas

Due to an unexpected increase in the number of projects across Texas and an authentic, multi-year backlog- they are forming a Texas Team of Top Texas Construction Professionals for building Ground-up Grocery Store projects in Texas locations. They are seeking a Grocery Store Construction Superintendent with experience related to their up-and-coming projects and those that are open to traveling within Texas for defined, long-term project initiatives.

Position: Grocery Store Construction Superintendent
Requirements:
- Out-of-Ground / Ground-up Commercial Construction experience
- Prior Grocery Store Experience is a Plus but not required
- Interested in working autonomously and with little input from others
- Completed Projects in Texas & are interested in Texas-Only projects
- Excellent communicator, client-facing, client-development
- Manage schedule, including dynamic adjustments and multi-week look-aheads
- Efficiently manage Assistant Superintendent and Sub-Contractors
