They are currently seeking to fill the position of Ground-Up Construction Traveling Superintendent.

Essential Functions of a Superintendent:
- Manage a schedule and cost-effective plan for the timely completion of assigned projects.
- Works collaboratively with team members and manages assistant superintendent.
- Coordinates and schedules work activities for tradespeople, professionals, and laborers, while communicating instructions via the project foreperson.
- Regularly inspects work for quality and timeliness, while providing progress reports and recommending modifications as needed to project managers.
- Ensures adherence to contract documents, code requirements, and obtains necessary permits.
- Leads Quality Control/Quality Assurance efforts, while overseeing the completion of Daily Reports by subcontractors.
- Performs site logistics planning while handling other assigned duties.
