  • Podium / Wrap (Multi-Type)

Essential Functions of a Lead Project Superintendent: 

  • Develops a schedule and cost-effective plan for the timely completion of assigned projects. 
  • Collaborates with team members to create preconstruction estimates and budgets, encompassing materials and labor. 
  • Coordinates and schedules work activities for tradespeople, professionals, and laborers, communicating instructions via the project foreperson. 
  • Regularly inspects work for quality and timeliness, providing progress reports and recommending modifications as needed. 
  • Coordinates with architects, engineers, inspection agencies, Owner’s representatives, and other stakeholders to ensure project intent and Owner expectations are met. 
  • Ensures adherence to contract documents, code requirements, and obtains necessary permits. 
  • Leads Quality Control/Quality Assurance efforts and oversees the completion of Daily Reports by subcontractors. 
  • Conducts weekly subcontractor coordination meetings and ensures accuracy of the 4-week look ahead schedule. 
  • Performs site logistics planning and handles other assigned duties.
