Role:  Lead Superintendent 

Location: Fayetteville, Arkansas 

Lead Superintendent in Fayetteville – Position Description:  

This role entails full responsibility for the onsite, large-scale production of a project or multiple projects. You’ll be directing craftsmen and subcontractors, providing quality control, ensuring all equipment and materials are available on site when required to maintain the project schedule, and assuring conformity to plans and specifications. Additionally, the Construction Superintendent must maintain sequences to meet schedules (this includes short- and long-term production schedules). The Superintendent will be responsible for ensuring the project timeline is met, orderliness on the jobsite and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You’ll also conduct weekly job site coordination and safety meetings, schedule equipment furnished by the GC, and administer job site safety programs. 

Project Details: 

They have 2 projects at the University of Arkansas. Each job is gut and renovation/restoration jobs, to the tune of $30M/each. One will be a renovation to the campus’s Library Building and the other will be a full historical restoration/renovation to the campus’s Concert Hall. 

Each project will have a Lead Superintendent that will work alongside the Senior Project Manager and Project Engineer onsite.
