Position: MEP Lead in South Texas – Leader for Mission Critical Project
NOTE: This is the kind of project that very few have the opportunity to participate in their career.
The Houston Division has fostered a relationship with a very special Aviation/Flight Exploration client, and they are excited and poised to build this client’s $200MM Headquarter Facility in South Texas.
In its entirety it will be a 350k sf structural steel facility that includes a 277k sf, 5 story building with the Air Control on the 5th floor and 4 floors below to office 1000 employees. Additionaly, it will have a 3-story tie in building that will house a giant industrial kitchen facility that can prepare up to 10,000 meals a day and a 60k sf manufacturing facility in a separate building.
The MEP Lead will be responsible for the specific mechanical and electrical construction needs of this Mission Critical Facility. They will manage all Mechanical and Electrical Trade contractors and coordinate all Mechanical and Electrical schedules, budgets, reports and documentation from pre-construction through close-out.
