  About this Opportunity: Multi-Family Construction Project Manager

  • Role:
    • CM / Construction Manager or Senior CM working in tandem with the General Contractor
    • Equivalent to Developer / Owner Representative; Development Construction Manager
  • Seeking:
    • Construction Project Manager or Senior Project Manager with:
      • Multi-family General Contractor(s) Experience or Multi-unit Student Housing Experience
      • Multi-family CM / Owner’s Representative Firm(s) (i.e. Multi-Unit Vertical within a CM Firm)
    • Required:
      • Ability to understand and apply contracts
      • Ability to work remotely and be a self-starter
      • MUST have worked for a GC in student housing or multifamily
      • History of successfully completed projects in Multi-family or Student Housing
    • Build Type Experience:
      • “Wood frame” or “Stick frame” Multi-Unit Housing variants, including:
        • Garden / Walk-Up
        • High-Density
        • Wrap (i.e. Texas Donut; Garage Podium)
        • Podium (Variants i.e. 4-over-1; 5-over-1; 5-over-2; “1-plus-X”)
      • $50+ Million Projects
    • Reports to:
      • Vice President
