This company is seeking to fill the position of Multifamily Project Manager in Dallas, TX.
Their primary focus is on the multi-family industry, and they have a reputation for delivering a quality product, excellent workmanship and timely construction which is why they are expanded their GC division and now building for others as well as themselves.
They are also a certified HUD contractor and uniquely familiar with navigating clients through the HUD 221d(4) construction process.
Position: Experienced Multifamily Project Manager in Dallas, TX
As they continue to expand their presence in the Multifamily Construction market, they continue their search for top professionals to aid in that expansion.
This is an opportunity to work side by side with the leader of their Construction Division as well as with the Owner, and leader of the Development division of the organization.

Essential Functions of a Multi-family Project Manager:
- Develop and maintain working relationships with Clients, Consultants, Subcontractors, and other agencies of the project team.
- Maintain project communication hierarchy and protocol between project team.
- Plan and implement all procurement of materials and services for each project.
- Create scope of work assignments for each subcontractor and vendor.
- Create contracts with vendors and suppliers.
- Manage, supervise and be responsible for all project budgets and costs and participate in project accounting updates, approvals, and processes.
- Manage subcontractor/vendor payment process.
- Prepare cost projections and cash flow reports.
- Manage subcontractor change order process, including tracking, budgeting and issuance of change orders.
- Create, maintain, and manage project schedules.
- Schedule and attend all job meetings.
- Manage Project closeout and Subcontractor closeout procedures.
- Strengthen project management through effective communication and coordination, with both internal team members and external stakeholders.
- Conduct Quality Control/Quality Assurance initiatives.
- Manage the RFI process and Submittal process.
