We have an exclusive partnership with this vertically integrated Multi-family, Hospitality, and Healthcare Developer and General Contractor who develops, constructs, and manages hundreds of properties throughout Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. This company is currently seeking to fill the position of Multifamily Superintendent in Beaumont, TX.
Originally founded in the early ‘80’s, this firm was acquired 20 years ago by current management. Since then, they have become industry leaders in development, construction, and management of quality real estate investments and they have a thriving General Contractor practice as well.
The company has achieved impressive scalable and strategic growth and will invest all resources in the individual who takes on this tremendous opportunity.
Role: Multifamily Superintendent
Location: Lumberton, TX (Beaumont/Port Arthur Area)
NOTE: This is not a traveling role. They need this candidate to live in the area or have the desire to move and live in the area. It will NOT have any per diem or travel allowance.
Role Insight:
The client very recently got the “notice to proceed” on a new ground-up Multifamily project. This is an 80 unit (20 fourplexes) single story build with a clubhouse and parking on grade.
They can be very competitive on base salary based on an individual’s years of relative experience.
As an organization this company has Developed, Constructed, and currently manages over 60 properties and thousands of units in the Beaumont/Port Arthur area and are known as one of the top developer/builders in the area.
