Opportunity: Project Administrator/Coordinator in DFW, TX
This is a dynamic and forward-thinking development group specializing in developing neighborhoods with an artful touch. At this time, they are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Construction Project Administrator/Coordinator to join their expanding team.
As part of this position, the role will directly support the Vice President of Construction and acting Project Manager while focusing on developing detailed, cost-effective budgets for projects, including assembling bid packages, directing pre-bid meetings, analyzing bids, awarding contracts, and handling negotiations.
In addition, they will be responsible for but not limited to:
- General Contract and Subcontract administration.
- Procurement and facilitation of materials, equipment, and trades.
- Distribute and update monthly PCR’s for assigned projects.
- Performing accounting duties throughout the project, such as preparing invoices, estimating cash flows, and AP batches.
- Preparation of monthly draw requests.
- Set up contracts, change orders, and insurance updates in Procore
NOTE: Existing Procore knowledge will be HIGHLY favored in this role.
