Functions of the Position: Project Manager in Lubbock
- Oversee all phases of construction projects from planning to completion
- Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules in coordination with stakeholders
- Coordinate and supervise contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel
- Ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
- Monitor progress and prepare regular reports for clients and senior management
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and services
- Resolve issues, delays, and unforeseen problems quickly and effectively
- Liaise with architects, engineers, inspectors, and local authorities as needed
- Track project costs and manage invoices, payments, and change orders
- Conduct site inspections to ensure standards and specifications are met
- Lead regular site meetings and provide clear communication across all parties
