This firm holds an impressive array of project opportunities, and a substantial project start backlog on the horizon. They are in a great position to fill this role IMMEDIATELY. However, bringing on board the ‘right-fit’ professional is imperative with start date negotiable.
About This Opportunity – Lead Superintendent in Fort Worth – NEW Construction
- Leads, Mentors, and Directs project teams to success.
- Is comfortable being ultimately responsible for both “Direct” reports and “Indirect” reports.
- Is open to advancing into more challenging roles and leading multiple teams when ready to do so – Includes “Direct Reports” and “Indirect Reports”
- For Example: Assistant Superintendents, Super II, etc.
- Is a “Doer-Leader” who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves and jumping into direct problem-solving; Takes responsibility
- Reports to and works directly in tandem with the company’s Executive Leadership
- Someone who is comfortable making tough decisions when necessary and for the greater good of the organization.
- Is an excellent communicator who quickly evaluates situations and commits to impactful decisions
- Is software/technology proficient and adapts quickly to new platforms
