This firm is a full cycle in-house Development, Architecture & Full Design, Construction, and Property Management Firm who focuses solely in ‘out of the ground’ Data Center & Mission Critical opportunities for over the past 20 years. They are currently seeking to fill the position of Regional Senior Construction Superintendent.
Our client is heavily invested in promotion from within the company. They are clear that this will oversee multiple projects and field operations teams. This position has the very real opportunity to advance into a higher-level position, including ‘General Superintendent’ with Regional & National responsibilities if desired.

Position: Regional Senior Construction Superintendent
Location: Central TX / Austin Region OR will Relocate to Central TX
Requirements:
- Current or prior experience with General Contractor(s) and/or the Building Construction side of a ‘Developer/Builder’.
- Experience and/or desire to oversee multiple Superintendents
- Knowledge and experience in bringing construction projects out of the ground, including groundwork, utilities, and going vertical
- Record of completing construction projects that are +/- 100,000 Square Feet buildings
- Scheduling projects, including look-aheads
- Lives in the Central TX / Austin Region OR will Relocate to Central TX
