We’re partnering with a nationally recognized real estate development firm that’s redefining what mixed-use and retail spaces can be. Their projects don’t just fill space, they create destinations. And they’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to help bring those visions to life.

This is a high-impact role for someone who’s led large-scale construction projects from the ground up.  Someone who knows how to align budget, design, delivery, and experience from Day 1.

The Role: Senior Project Manager – Mixed-Use Development

As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll serve as the client-side lead on all phases of major mixed-use and retail developments from blank site to ribbon cutting. You’ll represent ownership interests and oversee design, entitlement, procurement, and construction delivery with precision, purpose, and vision.

Your Mission

  • Lead all aspects of development and construction delivery as the Owner’s Representative
  • Direct mixed-use and retail projects, including new construction and strategic capital improvement programs
  • Guide teams through design development, pre-construction, permitting, procurement, and construction
  • Build and maintain project schedules and budgets to drive on time, on-budget performance
  • Coordinate with internal teams, third-party consultants, architects, contractors, municipalities, and tenants
  • Conduct regular site visits and manage quality control to meet brand standards
  • Negotiate contracts, review pay apps, and manage all project documentation
  • Provide transparent reporting to senior leadership and ownership groups
  • Solve problems in real time and keep momentum moving forward

What You Bring

  • 10+ years in real estate development, construction management, or design/engineering
  • Experience leading ground-up projects and/or large capital improvements in the mixed-use or retail sectors
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or similar; advanced certifications a plus
  • Strong communicator, leader, and collaborator
  • Deep knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, permitting, delivery methods, and contract negotiations
  • Tech-savvy: Procore, MS Project, Excel, Bluebeam REVU; AutoCAD familiarity a bonus
  • Willing to travel for project oversight
