Role: Travel Safety Manager in North Texas
This client is excited to take on another large Healthcare Project in North Texas just a couple hours outside of Dallas/Fort Worth and is working to staff critical roles for this initiative. They are building a replacement hospital for $450M+ which will begin construction shortly.
Safety Manager will be responsible for:
- Overall, Company Environmental, Health & Safety, and risk control policy and procedure compliance on jobsites
- Lead, direct and enforce safety on multiple construction projects, based on the safety staffing requirements as defined by the Safety Director
- Identify, eliminate and control hazardous conditions that may lead to injury and/or property damage using job specific safety standards, best management practices, training and disciplinary techniques.
- Partnering with Project Executives, Project Managers, Superintendents, and Forman
- Mentor and coach onsite crews.
- Fostering and building relationships to ensure safety compliance with owners, design partners, subcontractors and suppliers
