This company comprises construction, development, and real estate experts. They are highly and uniquely qualified to manage clients’ business expansions – locally, regionally, and nationally. The founding members have combined 100-years experience – each member having worn several past mantles (i.e. Investor, Owner/Developer, Client, Project Manager).

This company was founded on the premise that there is a hole or ‘gap’ in general contracting services available to projects that merit expertise, attention to schedule, and both quality and value. These were deemed to not be economically viable for contractors with high overhead.

Role: Traveling Lead Project Superintendent
The Superintendent will manage various types of commercial construction projects that include remodels, rebuilds, and new construction.
Ground-up Construction Opportunities
Projects/clients include:
- Restaurant
- Retail
- Offices
- Gas Station/Convenience Store
- Medical Buildings
