They are currently seeking to fill the position of Traveling Multifamily Superintendent in Texas.

Role: Traveling Multifamily Superintendent in Texas – Large Rehab/Renovation
The client has a 320-unit renovation in Abilene, TX that is about 40% complete. They are scheduled to complete 2nd Quarter 2025 and need a Superintendent to lead the project through to completion as soon as possible.
They can be very competitive on base salary based on an individual’s years of relative experience.
