Role: Traveling Multifamily Superintendent
Location: Southwest, West Coast, and Pacific Northwest
The Superintendent oversees the day-to-day field operations of commercial, mixed-use, and residential projects at Synergy. This position requires the ability to create and execute strategies for project success on the field side from the ground up; to ensure people have the tools and knowledge to do their jobs well; and to maintain accountability and compliance with company policies and processes, applicable laws and regulations, and all safety requirements. The Superintendent supports the field team to stay effective and productive through clear communication, relationship management and appropriate work assignments.
