Relationship First – Dallas/Fort Worth Based – Year Over Year Growth Construction Firm – Seeking Traveling Superintendent

Comprised of construction, development and real estate experts with strong regional representation, this Construction Firm Services are uniquely qualified to manage a client’s business expansion. This company is seeking to fill the position of Traveling Superintendent in Dallas.

Established nearly a decade ago, the founding premise was based on the recognition of a gap in general contracting services. These services aimed to provide expertise, attention to schedule, quality, and value. However, they were not economically viable for contractors dealing with high overhead costs, when they were packaged together by contractors. This Construction Firm bridges the divide by managing like an investor, investing like an owner, and executing like an operator.

The founding members of this company have served as investors, owners, operators, developers, clients, project managers, and tenants. Drawing upon over 100 combined years of experience, they have successfully established the construction company they always aspired to work with.
