We have an exclusive partnership with this vertically integrated Multi-family, Hospitality, and Healthcare Developer and General Contractor who develops, constructs, and manages hundreds of properties throughout Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. Since the early ‘80’s they have been building a portfolio that now encompasses more than 60 properties, 7,100 units, representing more than $800 million in completed developments. The company has achieved impressive scalable and strategic growth and will invest all resources in the individual who takes on this tremendous opportunity. They are currently seeking to the fill the position of Vice President HVAC in Houston, TX.
Role: Special Projects Division & Vice President HVAC in Houston, TX
Location: Houston, TX (This company has a Beaumont office as well if anyone prefers to office there)
As a Developer/Builder, this company has General Contracting in-house. To date, they have subcontracted all their HVAC needs/upgrades/renovations for their existing properties but have now made the strategic decision to bring this role and work in-house going forward.
This key VP role will also oversee “special projects” for all existing properties going forward. These will be projects from $3000 to $300,000.
Because a large portion of the scope of work will be attributed to HVAC/Mechanical, they are seeking individuals who have extensive experience in that aspect of construction.
They can be very competitive on base salary based on an individual’s years of relative experience and will have a designed bonus structure for everyone to earn from the success of this important division.
