Lead Superintendent | Senior Superintendent Candidates

This role is for the true Lead and/or Senior-level Field Operations Professionals — Those who are comfortable overseeing ground-up construction projects from underground utilities/site work through final C of O.  Our client asks you be comfortable with at least one direct report (Assistant Superintendent), who you will mentor, lead, and evaluate.  Our client further asks you understand and are up to the challenge of being the “glue” – taking full accountability & responsibility for your project(s).

The Projects (General):

• Multi-tenant Data Center Campuses designed to support hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise clients.
• These are Designed, Developed, Built, and Managed by this company, so the project builds begin with sitework, underground utilities à Vertical builds (multi-buildings w/ projects upwards over 1 Million Sq. Ft) à Property / Tenant Management
• Acreage Positions with massive data center facilities with dedicated electrical substations upwards over 700 acres
• Tight-footprint Developments between 30 à 130 acres

For MEP Superintendents:

• This company has a separate, focused role for you
• Their projects are typically 100 megawatts and above

For Project Engineers/APMs & Assistant/#2 Superintendents:

• You do NOT require prior Data Center experience
• Travel, however, is required
