A highly respected and growing Texas-based multifamily general contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team in Fort Worth, Texas and oversee one or more large-scale ground-up multifamily developments throughout the DFW market.

This role will oversee one or two significant multifamily projects simultaneously and play a key role in ensuring successful delivery from preconstruction through turnover.
What You’ll Do
- Manage all phases of multifamily construction projects from startup through closeout
- Coordinate with Superintendents, Owners, Architects, Engineers, and subcontractors
- Maintain project schedules, budgets, contracts, and procurement activities
- Lead subcontractor negotiations and buyout processes
- Monitor project financials, forecasting, and cost reporting
- Drive project team communication and accountability
- Identify and solve issues proactively to maintain schedule and quality expectations
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, profitably, and at a high standard
What They’re Looking For
- 5–10+ years of Project Management experience in ground-up multifamily construction
- Experience managing:
- Garden-style multifamily
- Wraps
- Podiums
- Mixed-use multifamily preferred
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management
- Ability to lead teams while maintaining urgency and organization
- Procore and construction software experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with both field and executive teams
