About this Opportunity: Senior Construction Manager in DFW

• Role:

  • Senior CM leading the General Contractors
  • Equivalent to Developer / Owner Representative; Development Construction Manager

• Seeking:

  • Construction Manager or Senior Construction Manager with:
    • Multi-family General Contractor(s) Experience or Multi-unit Student Housing Experience as a Field Operations Professional; Field Operations + Office Support Exp. (Project Manager w/ Superintendent Experience prior OR Superintendent who can has ample experience handling the Office duties of Project Manager (Hybrid Experience, regardless of title(s).
      • This “Office Experience includes: Payapp approvals, RFI’s, Change Orders, more. This Office experience is REQUIRED
    • Required:
      • Office Experience, including: Understanding all aspects of construction; Understanding Contracts; Manage Contractors; Budgets; Pay app approvals; RFI’s; and Submittals
      • Multi-family CM / Owner’s Representative Firm(s) (i.e. Multi-Unit Vertical within a CM Firm)
      • Ability to understand and apply contracts
      • Autonomous Self-starter
      • MUST have worked for a general contractor and/or owner-developer / owner-developer-builder in multi-family, student housing
      • History of successfully completed projects in Multi-family or Student Housing
    • Reports to: Senior Vice President
