Location: Tyler, TX / NorthEast TX
Opportunity: Multifamily Project Superintendent in Tyler
This is a NEW role.
The ideal person will have:
- A proven track record of leading multi-family projects
- Experience with ground-up, large-scale multifamily construction projects – including garden, wrap, and other product types.
- Multi-family GC Experience or combination General Contractor and Developer/Builder experience.
- Experienced understanding of the unique challenges as a 3rd party, multi-family general contractor and realistic ebb & flow of market conditions and multiple affecting variables.
- This is NOT a travel role.
